Privacy Policy

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. This document uses the same terminology and abbreviations as our Terms and Conditions document. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and storage of Information and Data obtained from Users through the use of our Platform.
    2. In general, you can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, once you give us your personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us. The Information on Users is divided into personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable Information depending on whether Information can identify the User as a specific person. Information about legal entities does not fall within the scope of Information as defined in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy documents.

  3. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
    1. We require some personal information in order to provide our Services. The information we collect is necessary to provide our Services, and we do not collect any information which is not strictly required by the nature of the Service. Personal Information which we may collect includes:
      • first and last name,
      • contact e-mail address,
      • IP address,
      • payment Information,
      • physical address, and
      • body measurements.
    2. We use personally identifiable Information only for the following purposes:
      • creating and managing User accounts,
      • verifying User’s identity,
      • processing payments,
      • providing Services,
      • providing customer support, and
      • contact,
    3. We may keep records of any questions, complaints or compliments made by you and the response if any. Whenever you contact us, we will collect your name, e-mail address and any additional information which you provide. We will store and use your name and e-mail address only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and we will remove such Information from our servers as soon as the inquiry is resolved, unless such information is necessary for the purposes listed in article 3.2. Information contained within the inquiry, free from any personally identifiable Information, will be stored on our servers for the purpose of improving our Services and providing the best customer support possible.
    4. When interacting with the Services through your social medial accounts, you are allowing us to access certain information that is available in your third party service profile. The type and amount of information is dictated by your settings, the permissions given through such third party service provider, and third party’s privacy policy. We do not collect your third party service password. For example, when you access the content through your Facebook account, you will be referred to the Facebook consent dialogue box, after which, if the consent is provided, we will collect your name, e-mail address, and information which is publicly available on your profile such as your cover photo, gender, school, work, etc…
    5. We may contact you using the available contact information provided by you, for any matters relating to the Services or compliance with our Terms, Policies or applicable laws and regulations (Service e-mails). These e-mails do not constitute “unsolicited commercial e-mail advertisements” and you are not able to opt-out of receiving them. We may also inform you through e-mails about promotions, offers, events, surveys and everything else in connection with our business, and our affiliates (Promotional e-mails). You can choose not to receive these e-mails by following the opt-out procedure described in the e-mail.
    6. We do not sell available personal Information to third-parties. We use collected Information for our internal and marketing purposes, as necessary by the nature of the Services, and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In some instances, we are obliged to comply with court orders and government requests and provide Information or parts of it to authorized bodies.
    7. We endeavor to maintain appropriate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to the collected information so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of personal information which also applies to our disposal or destruction of personal information. We keep the personal Information we collect about you strictly confidential and only for as long as such information is necessary. We will remove and dispose of any Information we may have about the Users within twenty-four (24) hours of deleting their User account, except where such Information is obtained or used in accordance with article 2.3 of this document.
    8. Only authorized personnel operating under strict confidentiality agreements have access to personally identifiable Information. Although we take all appropriate measures in respect to keeping your information secure, you understand that no data security measures in the world can offer 100% protection. If we ever find or suspect a personal data breach we will withoutdelay, within seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of it, notify the appropriate supervisory authority and Users about the breach.
    9. Users may request access to and rectification or erasure of personal Information and the exercise of the right to object. Such requests are submitted to info@rentasuit.ca .
  4. COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
    1. We may collect non identifiable analytics data through cookies or third party services. We use such information to provide and improve our Services, customize services for you, better understand our Users, diagnose and fix problems, etc. More information about cookies and similar technologies we use can be found under paragraphs 5 and 6 of this Privacy Policy.
  5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
    1. Cookies help us optimize and improve the user experience of the Site by helping us deliver crucial functionalities. The cookies we use may vary over time as we continuously update and improve our Site.
    2. By visiting the Site we may use cookies to store some non-identifiable Information in your browser regarding your computer or mobile device and your activities in order to help improve the User experience. Users can deny access to cookies through their browser settings.
  6. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, SERVICES, AND COOKIES
    1. The Site or e-mails may contain links to other external websites that do not fall under our domain. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such external websites. If you choose to follow such links to external websites, you do so at your risk.
    2. We may use third party services like Google Analytics and other. Cookies from such services are used to collect data for statistical reports.
    3. Any data collected through Google Analytics will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy policy. Users may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics Opt-out Page. Users may opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-out Page. http://optout.networkadvertising.org.
  7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
    1. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time pursuant to notification through available e-mail address. The current version of Privacy Policy is available on the Site, indicating the effective date. You are encouraged to periodically check our Privacy Policy.
